Android policeによれば

Google Store has sold through its inventory and completed sales of Pixel 3a. For people who are still interested in buying Pixel 3a, the product is available from some partners while supplies last.

正式にGoogleのコメントとして「Googleストアは、Pixel 3aの在庫を通じて販売を完了し、販売を完了しました。Pixel 3aの購入にまだ関心がある場合は、一部のパートナーからこの製品を入手できますが、在庫がなくなり次第終了します。」とコメントをもらっているようです。

一方でPixel 4aの登場が予測されますが、対応バンドが日本のプレミアバンドをことごとく避けていることから、一部では日本の販売はないのでは？とも噂されています。
